Fine Art Coffee
August 18, 2011

Wake up. We’re gonna need you focused for this one. It’s a little loco.
First: clear some real estate on the wall behind your couch.
Next: pick up the phone—you’ll be making a few calls. Think engineers, craftsmen... maybe even Antonio
Ballatore.
The time has come to frame a coffee bean.
We warned you it was loco.
It’ll all make perfect sense the moment you taste the percolated masterpieces at Eternity Coffee
Roasters, now open in downtown Miami. Los dueños, Cristina Garcés from Medellín, Colombia, and Chris
Johnson, Eternity’s roast master and lead barista, share a serious love for the fine art of java.
Cristina comes from a long line of Colombian coffee growers and takes pride in the fact that she can tell
any customer exactly where their cup of coffee was grown, when it was roasted and how it made it into the
cup.
El café ofrece fresh coffee drinks, a variety of teas, juices and pastries made fresh every morning as well
as whole bean coffees roasted daily to purchase and brew at home. También hay free wi-fi, outdoor seating
and Sunday morning cuppings (the coffee version of a wine tasting).
Just remember, fine art should be sipped, not slurped.
