Draw Me Something

By: Manero

Say you are tired of the constrains of social networks like Instagram or Snapchat.

Yes, they're pretty amazing, but don't you often feel like you could communicate in different ways? Maybe leaving reality aside and starting from scratch?

Then perhaps you'd be interested in Dada, a drawing platform and social media created in New York that has a community of over 50,000 users from all over the world. Some of them are just creating and uploading their drawings, like the one that illustrates this post. Some are communicating via drawings, back and forth. And some are even creating visual stories collectivel, like in this beautiful, wordless series of images called Jungle, which joined artists from Argentina, Chile, Colombia and the United States, or this face-lickin'-good sequence

Oh, and did we mention that the founders of Dada are two Latinas? That one of them used to write amazing film reviews for this site? (Sorry, we haven't mastered the humblebrag yet.)

Well, what are you waiting for?

Go draw us something! It's free!
